Panel 1:

on the enterprise bridge: Twilight dressed as Picard in the captains chair, Fluttershy dressed as Troi in Troi’s seat, Rainbow Dash dressed as Riker in first officer's chair, Pinkie dressed as Data in Data’s usual seat, Applejack dressed like Worf at his usual place, Rarity dressed like Jordi including the visor behind worf at the engineering panel, Scootaloo dressed like Wesley at the Helm, and Discord wearing the uniform Q usually wears.

Everypony is staring angrily at discord.

Discord: You need me Twilight, there are things in this universe you ponies just aren’t prepared for.

Twilight: I think we’ll manage just fine without you, Discord!

Panel 2: same as before, except discord is snapping his fingers.

Discord: Very well Twilight, I’ll show you just how unprepared you are.

Panel 3: a bright white flash, or just a blank white panel.

Panel 4: viewing bridge again, discord has his arms crossed and is smiling.

Pinkie: Princess, there’s a ship directly ahead of us. It’s not like anything we’ve ever seen!

Discord: Go ahead Twilight, hail them. Try to talk to them.

Twilight: Open a hailing frequency.

Panel 5: Looking at the main viewscreen. It’s showing at image of a group of humans wearing clothing with their cutie marks, and pictures of them and so on.

Bronies: We are the Bronies. You will be assimilated into The Brony Collective. Resistance is futile.

Panel 6: Viewing the bridge. Everyone is collectively screaming, even Discord.
